Clean the coolant tank each week. The coolant hoses may need to be removed from the pump, ilter and if equipped, auxiliary ilter in order to gain better access to the tank.

Mark the hoses from the coolant pump and ilter so they can be reinstalled to the proper itting. It is possible to put the hoses on the wrong port, so it is very important that the hose are marked properly so they can be reinstalled correctly.;

Number of strokes of the grease gun used at each fitting

Is the Y-axis and Z-axis grease fitting on the operator side of the sub plate?

Does each column have a grease fitting mounted in it?

Is the X-axis ball screw grease fitting under the machine?

Is the gantry moved to the forward-most position to access the X-axis ball screw grease fitting?

Does the machine have an optional spindle?
