Inspect bolts, setscrews, and motor mounting bolts
Adjust and tighten as necessary
Tapered Bushing Hub Replacement
Tapered Bushing Removal
Loosen the setscrew holding the bushing and shaft key in place, if present.
Loosen and remove the socket head cap screws fastening the bushing to the hub.
Select the mounting type for socket head cap screws installation
Tighten the socket head cap screws an eighth of a turn at a time, alternating until the hub comes loose from the bushing.
Bushing Installation
Clean all surfaces of hub and bushing to remove any oil or residue.
Select the mounting style for bushing and shaft key installation
Use the keyway setscrew to hold the shaft key and bushing in place, if present, without overtightening.

Preparation
Ensure safety precautions are in place around moving parts
Gather necessary tools and materials, including a hand grease gun and high-grade lithium base grease
Lubrication Process
Inspect the following before lubrication
Set hand grease gun to a maximum of 40 psi
Rotate bearings during lubrication if safety permits
Pump grease slowly until a slight bead forms around the seal
Ensure no over-packing or contamination occurs during lubrication
