Apply grease to the bearing as per the selected service interval.

Is the lubrication process completed successfully?

Describe any issues encountered during lubrication.

Inspect the following components for security and tightness

Adjust and tighten components as necessary

Disconnect all electrical power to the fan and secure to the 'off' position.

Ensure the unit is made non-functional by removing fuses and locking off the disconnect.

Clean only the exterior surfaces of the motor.

Remove dust buildup on motor housing to ensure proper motor cooling.

Was the cleaning performed evenly to avoid out of balance condition?

Is the motor free from dust and debris after cleaning?

Check belts for wear and tightness.

Verify belt type matches the original unit specification.

Loosen the tensioning device to allow belt removal by hand.

Install new belts and adjust as per 'Pre-Starting Checks'.

Check pulley setscrews for tightness.

Ensure proper keys are in keyways.
