Disassembly

1. Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure on page 8.

2. Unscrew the tip guard.

3. Use the SwitchTip to remove OneSeal from the tip guard.

Needle Replacement

Warning: Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure before cleaning, checking or servicing to prevent serious injury from pressurized fluid.

Pressure Relief Procedure followed

Trigger lock engaged

Tip and guard removed and gun disconnected from the fluid hose

Gun flushed with cleaning fluid

Diffuser/seat unscrewed and removed

Pivot pin unscrewed from the screw and trigger removed

Needle tapped out using a punch

Internal passages from the gun cleaned
