Perform acid flush with HNO3 (1%)

Inspect the mechanical seal for any visible leakage

Is the mechanical seal free from visible damage?

Record any findings in the maintenance log

Notify maintenance team if leakage or damage is detected

Inspect the following components for wear or damage

Is there any sign of wear on the inspected components?

Describe the wear or damage observed, if any

Could the wear be due to over-pressurization?

Could the wear be due to incorrect screw gaps?

Could the wear be due to bearing wear?

Record the current oil level in the sight glass

Is the oil level in the center of the sight glass?

Has the oil been changed according to the selected operating condition?

Verify the type of oil used for lubrication
