Ensure the unit is unplugged before starting maintenance

Check the condition of the filters

Clean the filters using warm sudsy water or a soft brush vacuum

Can the filters be cleaned properly?

Replace the filters if they cannot be cleaned properly

Drain Pan and Drain Line Inspection

Check the drain pan for any cracks or damage

Ensure the drain line is securely connected

Is the drain line clear of any blockages?

Inspect the drain line connection for leaks

Ensure the unit is unplugged before starting maintenance

Check for leaves or insects blocking the airflow

Ensure there are no pollutants near the intake hood

Verify that the hoods are clear of any snow accumulation

Ensure the unit is unplugged before starting maintenance

Carefully grip ends of core and pull evenly outward

Remove filters from the cabinet

Wash core in warm soapy water (do not use dishwasher)

Rinse core thoroughly with water

Ensure the unit is unplugged before starting maintenance

Verify the unit is unplugged to prevent electrical shock

Run through the system and verify the different operating modes

Vacuum the inside of the unit carefully

Ensure no mechanical components or electrical connections are damaged during cleaning
