Superheat Operation Check
Superheating temperature control in cooling is conducted by indoor unit electronic expansion valve
Superheating temperature control in heating is conducted by outdoor unit electronic expansion valve (main)
Judgement criteria of superheat operation:
Suction gas superheated degree (should be 10°C (50°F) and over)
Discharge gas superheated degree (should be 45°C (113°F) and over, except immediately after compressor starts up or is running under drooping control)
Does the superheat operation meet the judgement criteria?

Refrigerant Check
Refrigerant Overcharge Check
High pressure reading
Overload control causing insufficient cooling capacity
Superheated degree of suction gas
Compressor lower in discharge pipe temperature despite of pressure loads
Subcooled degree of condensate
In heating, the temperature of discharge air through the subcooled section becomes lower
Refrigerant Shortage Check
Superheated degree of suction gas
Heat Recovery System Vacuuming/Dehydration Maintenance
Normal vacuuming and dehydration
Vacuum pump that enables vacuuming down to –100.7 kPa (–14.6 psi) is used
Enter the vacuum pump run time
Degree of vacuum reached –100.7 kPa (–14.6 psi) or less
Leak tests conducted if vacuum does not reach –100.7 kPa (–14.6 psi) or less after 3 hours
Compressor left at the degree of vacuum of –100.7 kPa (–14.6 psi) or less for a period of 1 hour or more
Vacuum gauge reading does not rise after 1 hour
Necessary amount of refrigerant charged
Special vacuuming and dehydration - In case of moisture may get mixed in the piping
