Check the connection of connector

Check the motor power supply voltage output

Check the motor control voltage

Check the rotation command voltage

Sign off on the connector output check

Warning: Ensure the voltage between (+) and (-) of the diode bridge (DB1) is approximately 0 V before proceeding

Enter the voltage between (+) and (-) of the diode bridge (DB1)

Measure the resistance between the pins of the DB1

Enter the resistance between the pins of the DB1

Is the resistance less than 1 kOhm?

If the resistance is less than 1 kOhm, a short circuit occurs on the main circuit

Sign off on the main circuit short check

Main circuit checked for short circuit?

Warning: Never touch any live parts during the procedure.

Note: The surface of the test points (DC–) may be covered with the coating.

Firm contact between the multimeter probes and the test points?

Sign off on the capacitor voltage check

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel. Always ensure power is off before starting.

If power is not off, turn it off and wait until the charged voltage of the built-in smoothing electrolytic capacitor drops to 10 VDC or below.

Has the charged voltage of the built-in smoothing electrolytic capacitor dropped to 10 VDC or below?

Upload a photo of the inverter analyzer installed instead of a compressor

Activate power transistor test operation from the indoor unit.

Did the inverter analyzer function properly?

Describe any issues found during the test

Sign off on the inverter analyzer check

EV connector correctly connected to the PCB

EV generates a latching sound when power is turned off and on again

Continuity confirmed when connector is disconnected and checked with a multimeter

Check the continuity between the pins

EV coil is not faulty if there is continuity between the pins

Outdoor unit PCB (main PCB) is not faulty if continuity is confirmed

Sign off on the electronic expansion valve check
