Check operation and grease flat coil springs for return function

Check brake lining and contact surfaces for wear, replace parts if necessary

Clean attachments of cylinder (bottom) and piston rods (top), check for wear, replace if necessary, grease

Clean bushings and striking surfaces check for wear, replace if necessary, grease

Clean, check for wear, replace if necessary, grease

Clean, check and replace contactors if necessary

Check lift limit switch operation

Check wires, switches and connections are secure

Ensure seal is tight in lift cylinder

Check oil level in hydraulic oil tank, replenish if necessary

Check load wheels and castor bearings for play, replace bearings if necessary

Ensure wheel nuts are correctly torqued in drive wheel

Clean Truck, battery and charger connectors/plugs contacts and check contact springs

Check Carbon brushes for wear, ease of motion and contamination

Check Pump and drive motor for wear, ease of motion and contamination

Check connecting rods for wear, ensure attachment is secure, tighten if necessary or replace connecting rods

Check forks height setting, adjust if necessary

Replace gear oil in gear unit at initial 250 Hour service

Replace suction and return filters in hydraulic system at initial 500 Hour service

Sign off on the 250 Hour / 3 Month Maintenance

Check commutator for damage and wear

Upload a photo of the commutator after dust blasting

Check brake lining and contact surfaces for wear

Upload a photo of the brake lining and contact surfaces

Sign off on the 1000 Hour / 1 Year Check
