Ensure carrier makes proper notation of any shortages or damage on all copies of the freight bill

Complete a common carrier inspection report

Wear protective gloves to avoid injury from sharp fin edges

Ensure no damage to aluminum fins during cleaning

Inspect for any remaining debris or damage

Measure mineral content in water (P.P.M.)

Measure water flow rate (l/s per kW)

Is the flow rate within the recommended range?

Perform coil cleaning using standard procedures

Ensure the cabinet is elevated from the floor

Is the cabinet free from any items inside?

Use a mild detergent for cleaning

Avoid water contact with cabinet for extended periods

Is the cabinet dry after cleaning?

Check for any signs of corrosion

Ensure that electrical power to the unit is disconnected

Install the system with the supply hose connected directly to the return riser valve using a single length of flexible hose

System Filling and Air Bleeding

Open all air vents and fill the system with water without overflowing

Bleed all air from the system and pressurize it

Check the system for leaks and repair as appropriate

Use the manual air bleed valve at the top of the reheat coil for ClimaDry-equipped units
