Initial 100 Hours Transmission Oil Replacement
ATTENTION: Remove the drain plug and screen from the transmission sump. Check conditions of 'O' ring, if damaged replace it. Remove old transmission filter.
Clean the screen, the drain plug, and the sealing surfaces of the transmission fluid filter. Replace the drain plug, and tighten.
Replace the screen and a new transmission filter.
Add up to 17 litres of new transmission fluid via the transmission dipstick opening.
Run the engine at idle for a few minutes and check for leakage from the drain plug, the screen flange or the filter.
Check the fluid level with the engine running and add more if necessary.
Sign off on the transmission oil replacement
Initial 50 Hours Transmission Oil Replacement
ATTENTION: Remove the drain plug and screen from the transmission sump. Check conditions of 'O' ring, if damaged replace it. Remove old transmission filter.

8 Hourly Engine Oil Level Check
Remove the dipstick and wipe with clean cloth.
Place it back in as deeply as possible.
Remove the dipstick and check the oil level.
The level is between the maximum and minimum marks.
Hint - Do not check engine oil level immediately after switching off the engine. The oil circulation takes a least a few minutes to flow back int the oil sump.

50 Hourly Transmission Fluid Check
Start the engine
Is the engine running?
Remove the cap located on the left side of the floor
Cap removed?
Remove the dipstick and wipe it with a clean cloth
Dipstick cleaned?
Replace dipstick into the dipstick opening and remove it again, checking the fluid level
Fluid level checked?
The level should reach the max. mark on the dipstick
50 Hourly Engine Oil Replacement
Ensure the forklift truck is on a level surface
Is the area around the outlet opening, oil fill opening in the valve cover, and the engine oil filter region clean?
Ensure the engine is at operating temperature for good oil drainage
Is the old engine oil draining?
Unscrew the engine oil filter counter-clockwise
Is the sealing surface of the filter housing clean?
Screw in a new engine filter. Wet the sealing ring of the filter with clean engine oil, tighten it securely by hand and then retighten it one quarter of a revolution with a filter spanner
Is the new engine filter securely tightened?
After the old engine oil has drained, screw the drain plug back into the oil sump and tighten it securely. Fill around 7.5 litres of new engine oil through the fill opening in the valve cover
