50 Hourly Transmission Fluid Check
Start the engine
Is the engine running?
Remove the cap located on the left side of the floor
Cap removed?
Remove the dipstick and wipe it with a clean cloth
Dipstick cleaned?
Replace dipstick into the dipstick opening and remove it again, checking the fluid level
Fluid level checked?
The level should reach the max. mark on the dipstick

2000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Hydraulic Oil Replacement
Hydraulic Oil Change
Fork-Lift parked on a level surface with upright in a vertical position?
Engine shut off and forks lowered to the ground?
Enter the amount of hydraulic oil drained (in litres)
Breather filter on the tank cap cleaned or changed?
Suction filter hoses disconnected, filter screws removed, and filter unit removed?
Screen-type filter washed, gasket replaced, and mounted on the tank?
Suction hoses reconnected and clamps tightened firmly?
Bolt on the return filter cover loosened and filter element removed?
Initial 50 Hours Transmission Oil Replacement
ATTENTION: Remove the drain plug and screen from the transmission sump. Check conditions of 'O' ring, if damaged replace it. Remove old transmission filter.
Clean the screen, the drain plug, and the sealing surfaces of the transmission fluid filter. Replace the drain plug, and tighten.
Replace the screen and a new transmission filter.
Add up to 17 litres of new transmission fluid via the transmission dipstick opening.
Run the engine at idle for a few minutes and check for leakage from the drain plug, the screen flange or the filter.
Check the fluid level with the engine running and add more if necessary.
