Open the water separator water drain and collect the discharge into a container.

Is the water drain opened and discharge collected?

When the flow stops, close the drain.

Is the drain closed after the flow stopped?

Dispose of the residue in accordance with local regulations.

6 Monthly Pump Lubrication

Check mark

Lubricate pump motors with machine oil every 6 months.

Check mark

The vertical air cylinder may occasionally require a few drops of mineral oil to lubricate the seals. Add lubricant if the lift lowers from an intermediate held position.

An air lubricator may be used on the incoming air supply. Oil residues will be discharged from the solenoid valve exhaust ports. The mufflers may be replaced by hoses exhausting to an oil trap to prevent oil accumulations or oil mists within the degreaser enclosure.

The cylinder may be lubricated directly:

• Raise the lift to the fully up position

• Remove the top air hose

• Remove the top exhaust flow control valve

• Place one or two squirts from an oil can into the port

• Replace the flow control valve and air hose

Controller Replacement

Disconnect the degreaser from electrical power.

To replace the control or relay board; transfer all wires to the new board, remove the mounting screws, replace the board and reinstall the screws.

Is the CONTAMINATION WARNING Indicator lighted but the degreaser has not shut down on B/S TEMP FAULT?

Remove 2-3 inches of solvent from the ultrasonic sump

Check mark

Is the ultrasonic sump heater exposed?

Check mark

Is the degreaser boiling until it shuts down on B/S TEMP FAULT or B/S LEVEL FAULT?

Drain the solvent from the boil sump

Check mark

Refill the degreaser using the solvent removed in the first step. Add solvent as required.
