Warning: Follow local regulations for disposal of residue.

Separator/desiccator installed as a separator?

If not, do not proceed with the procedure.

Water separator water drain opened?

Discharge collected into a container?

Water separator water drain closed after flow stops?

Amount of dissolved or suspended solvent in the discharge

Sign off on the daily separator cleaning

Warning: Ensure the pump is turned off and disconnected from power source before starting the procedure.

Is the pump motor properly lubricated with machine oil?

Does the vertical air cylinder require lubrication?

If yes, follow the steps below to lubricate the cylinder.

Raise the lift to the fully up position

Remove the top exhaust flow control valve

Place one or two squirts from an oil can into the port

Replace the flow control valve and air hose

Warning: Disconnect the degreaser from electrical power before starting the procedure.

Degreaser disconnected from electrical power?

To replace the control or relay board

All wires transferred to the new board?

Voltage Switch (SW1) placed in the 230V position?

Is the CONTAMINATION WARNING Indicator lighted but the degreaser has not shut down on B/S TEMP FAULT?

Remove 2-3 inches of solvent from the ultrasonic sump.

Did you monitor the level in the ultrasonic sump?

Did you allow the degreaser to boil until it shuts down on B/S TEMP FAULT or B/S LEVEL FAULT?

Did you drain the solvent from the boil sump?

Did you refill the degreaser using the solvent removed in the first step?

Warning: Ensure to wear appropriate safety gear during the inspection

Check for loosening of plumbing connections

Check for leaks in solvent systems

Upload a photo of the area where the leak is detected

Describe the location and severity of the leak

Check for dampness or cold spots caused by evaporative cooling
