Place vehicle on a level surface. Set gearbox in park position.

Cleaned the drain plug area from underneath the vehicle?

Placed a drain pan under the front differential?

Enter the amount of oil used to refill front differential

EVERY TWO YEARS OR EVERY 3 000 KM (2,000 MI) OR 100 HOURS (whichever comes first)

1. Remove cargo box retaining screws.

2. On RH side, remove air filter access cover and side panel.

3. On LH side, remove side panel.

4. On both sides, disconnect rear lights electrical connectors and remove the rear cage extensions.

1. Remove rear body module, refer to ACCESSING MAINTENANCE COMPONENTS.

Refer to ACCESSING MAINTENANCE COMPONENTS and remove the rear seats.

Remove the engine service cover.

Seats: To remove the seats to access the rear service cover, remove the seats as follow.

Remove the seat cushion by lifting the front up and pulling toward the front

Remove the backrest by pulling the lower part toward the front and lifting up.

The rear cylinder is accessible from the RH wheel well.

Clean spark plug area with pressurized air before removing spark plug.

- Replace brake fluid (must be performed every 2 years)

- Test engine coolant strength + level

- Verify fuel system for leaks (including evaporative emission system components if equipped)

- Verify fuel pump pressure (idle and WOT)

Place the vehicle on a level surface.

Under the vehicle, place a drain pan underneath the oil drain plug area.

Let oil completely drain from gearbox.
