Warning: Spark plugs inspection or replacement requires an in-depth technical knowledge.

Enter the name of the person or shop who performed the spark plugs inspection or replacement

Sign off on the vehicle maintenance

NOTICE: Check level every 10 hours of use and refill if necessary. Do not overfill. Operating the engine with an improper level may severely damage engine. Wipe off any spillage.

Make sure the engine is at normal operating temperature. NOTE: The engine reaches normal temperature when the rear radiator gets warm indicating the thermostat has opened.

Place vehicle on a level surface and proceed as follows to check oil level:

Let engine run at idle for approximately 30 seconds.

Remove dipstick from the filler tube, then wipe it clean.

Completely insert dipstick in the filler tube.

Charge battery (on models with electric starter)

Access to Chaincase Open RH side panel.

2. Unscrew tensioner lock nut several turns.

3. Unscrew tensioner adjustment screw a few turns.

Clean and lubricate rewind starter

Replace fuel pump outlet filter

Sign off on the vehicle maintenance

WARNING: The engine oil can be very hot. Wait until engine oil is warm.

NOTICE: Engine oil and oil filter must be replaced at the same time.

Vehicle placed on a level surface

Access cover retaining screw removed and the other loosened

Access cover pivoted to clear the bottom pan opening

Drain pan placed under the bottom pan opening
