Sign off on the tractor maintenance

Transmission Filter and HST Filter replaced

Primary Engine Air Filter(s) checked and replaced if needed

Condition of hoses and clamps in Cooling System checked and replaced as necessary

Hydraulic And Power Steering Hoses And Lines condition checked and repaired or replaced as necessary

Condition of the Air Intake Hoses and clamps checked and replaced as needed

Toe In checked and adjusted as needed

Sign off on the 200 Hours Tractor Maintenance

Wheel bolt / nut torque checked?

Tire condition checked and repaired/replaced as needed?

Radiator and screens of Engine Cooling System cleaned?

Engine Air Intake System condition checked and repaired/replaced as needed?

Transmission / HST filters replaced

Brake Pedal Free Play checked and adjusted as necessary

Wheel bolt / nut torque checked

All machinery pivot points greased with multipurpose lithium based grease

Sign off on the tractor maintenance

Check Battery cables, connections and hold down

Adjust Alternator / Fan Belt . Replace as needed

Check Parking Brake And Pedal Free Play condition and adjustment. Repair or replace as needed. Adjust freeplay

Check the Fuel Line hose connections and clamp tension. Repair or replace as needed

Empty spark chamber of Spark Arrestor Muffler

Sign off on the tractor maintenance
