Check Battery condition, cables, connections, and hold down

Adjust the engine valve clearance Every 800 hours or every 12 months, whichever comes first

Replace the coolant every two years

Check injectors every 1500 hours. Check Pressure. Repair or replace as needed

Check Injection Pump. Repair or replace as needed Every 3000 Hours

Sign off on the tractor maintenance

Check condition / proper operation of Brake Pedal Free Play. Adjust or replace as needed. Adjust freeplay first time only

Check condition / proper operation of Clutch Pedal Free Play Adjust or replace as needed. Adjust freeplay first time only

Check Battery condition, cables, connections, and hold down

Adjust Alternator / Fan Belt / Air Conditioning Belt (if equipped). Replace as needed

Check the Fuel Line hose connections and clamp tension. Repair or replace as needed. Replace every two years

Empty spark arrester chamber (if equipped). Repair or replace as needed

Sign off on the tractor maintenance

Engine Oil and Filter replaced?

Wheel Bolt / Nut Torque checked and adjusted or replaced as needed?

Transmission / HST Filter replaced?

Brake Pedal Free Play checked and adjusted or replaced as needed?

Clutch Pedal Free Play checked and adjusted or replaced as needed?

All machinery pivot points greased with multipurpose lithium based grease?

Sign off on the 50 Hours Tractor Maintenance

Check condition of Engine Oil and Filter

Check condition of Transmission / HST Fluid

Check tire pressures, tire condition and ensure the proper sized tires are used

Check coolant level COLD and add premixed coolant as needed. Clean the radiator and screens

Check the condition of the hoses and tightness of the clamps

Check shaft splines. Replace damaged or missing guards, shields and covers

Check operation and the condition of the pins, links, and sway bars

Parking Brake Check operation and adjust as needed

WARNING: GENERAL HAZARD Failure to follow Instructions can result in property damage, serious injury, or death. The Safety Interlock System must not allow the machine’s engine to be started unless: the operator is in the operator’s seat, the PTO switch is disengaged (OFF), the clutch pedal is depressed, and the F-N-R lever is in neutral. Contact your dealer for service if the Safety Interlock System does not function properly. DO NOT MODIFY THE SYSTEM

The Safety Interlock System - Neutral Start: The engine will not start unless all the following conditions are present: 1. The operator is seated in the operator’s seat 2. The PTO is in disengaged (off) position 3. The speed range lever is in the neutral position. If the engine starts without all of the above conditions present, the machine must be serviced by your Bobcat dealer

Perform this procedure on flat level ground and make sure the area is clear of bystanders

Sit in the operator’s seat - Engage the parking brake - Place all controls in neutral - Raise off of the seat - Turn the key to start. The engine must not start

Sit in the operator’s seat and fasten the seat belt - Engage the parking brake - Place all controls in neutral - Release the parking brake - Turn the key to start. The engine must not start

Sit in the operator’s seat and fasten the seat belt - Engage the parking brake - Place all controls in neutral - Move the PTO lever / switch to the ON position - Turn the key to start. The engine must not start

Sit in the operator’s seat and fasten the seat belt - Engage the parking brake - Place all controls in neutral - Move the speed range lever to LOW (L) speed range - Turn the key to start. The engine must not start

Sign off on the safety interlock system inspection
