100 Hours Tractor Maintenance

Check mark

Check battery for damage, hold downs, cables, connections and electrolyte level. Add distilled water as needed

Check mark

Check fan/alternator belt for damage and replace if needed. Check tension & adjust if needed. Service at 50 hours, then as scheduled

Empty spark chamber of spark arrestor. The spark arrestor muffler, if equipped, must be cleaned every 100 hours of operation to keep it in working condition by emptying the spark chamber. On some models, the turbocharger functions as the spark arrestor and must operate correctly to ensure proper spark arrestor function

Change engine oil and filter. Service at 50 hours, then as scheduled
