Check level and add engine oil as needed. Do not overfill

Check hydraulic fluid level and add as needed

Clean debris from radiator, oil cooler, grills, and condenser (if equipped). Check coolant level cold, add as needed to engine cooling system

Check tires for wear, damage, ensure proper size and proper inflation pressure

Check parking brake operation and adjust if required

Check safety interlock system for proper function

Check for loose or broken parts, damaged operator cab, instrument operation, loose wheel nuts, oil leaks, and damaged or missing safety signs (decals), guards and PTO master shield. Repair or replace as needed. Replace floormat if damaged or missing

Check engine air system for leaks & damaged components

Check seat belt condition and mounting hardware. Repair or replace as needed

Hydrostatic oil filter replaced

Hydraulic, hydrostatic and power steering, hoses and tubelines checked for damage and leaks

Radiator and air intake hoses condition and clamp tension checked

Sign off on the tractor maintenance

Replaced the front differential oil and hydraulic fluid?

Drained water in clutch housing (if equipped)?

Flushed cooling system and replaced coolant with 50% ethylene glycol premixed with 50% water?

Sign off on the tractor maintenance

Check battery for damage, hold downs, cables, connections and electrolyte level. Add distilled water as needed

Check fan/alternator belt for damage and replace if needed. Check tension & adjust if needed. Service at 50 hours, then as scheduled

Empty spark chamber of spark arrestor. The spark arrestor muffler, if equipped, must be cleaned every 100 hours of operation to keep it in working condition by emptying the spark chamber. On some models, the turbocharger functions as the spark arrestor and must operate correctly to ensure proper spark arrestor function

Change engine oil and filter. Service at 50 hours, then as scheduled

Check primary engine air filter element and clean as needed. Replace every year

Check clutch pedal free travel and adjust as necessary (if equipped). Service at 50 hours, then as scheduled

Check free travel of brake pedals and adjust as necessary. Service at 50 hours, then as scheduled

Check fuel line hose condition and clamp tension. Replace and or adjust as needed
