Track tension checked and adjusted as needed

Sign off on the 50 hours loader maintenance

Check level of Engine Oil and add as needed

Check Engine Air Intake Ducting for loose connections damaged components

Clean debris from radiator cooling package, air conditioning condenser (if equipped), rear grilles, and engine compartment. Check coolant level COLD and add premixed coolant as needed to Engine Cooling System

Drain water and sediment from fuel filter.

Check Hydraulic Fluid level and add as needed

Lubricate Lift Arms, Cylinders, Bob-Tach Pivot Pins & Wedges / CII Pivot Pins & Mounting Pins, Undercarriage Rollers & Idlers with multipurpose lithium based grease

Check for correct function of Reverse Stop Panel (If Equipped), Neutral Start Interlocks, and Lift / Tilt Lockouts Systems. Clean dirt and debris from moving parts

Check for proper function of Parking Brake

Check for function of Indicators and Lights. Clean or repair as needed

Engine valve clearance adjusted?

Hydraulic fluid and filters replaced?

Coolant replaced (every 24 months)?

Sign off on the loader maintenance

Electrolyte level in the battery

Distilled water added to battery as needed

Condition of Drive Belts (Alternator / Water Pump / Fan Drive) checked

Spark chamber of Spark Arrester Muffler cleaned

Fuel Filter replaced (every 250 hours or every 12 months)
