Replace engine outer air filter element with genuine Bobcat filter

Replace the hydraulic/hydrostatic oil filter element with genuine Bobcat filter

Replace the engine oil and filter with genuine Bobcat filter

Replace the front and rear axle fluid

Sign off on the 500 hours telehandler maintenance

Flush cooling system and replace engine coolant with 50% ethylene glycol premixed with 50% water. Check freeze protection of antifreeze -34F (-30C)

Check telescopic boom and wear blocks for wear and adjust as needed. Replace if necessary

Check pivot pins and bushings for wear on the pivot pins and bushings

Clean gear box & axle housing breathers

Check and adjust engine valve lash as needed

Sign off on the Telehandler Maintenance

Check battery electrolyte level. Add distilled water as needed

Check wheel nut torque. Tighten as needed to 265 ft.Ibs. (360Nm). Check wheel nut torque every 8 hours for the first 24 hours

Lubricate universal joints and slip yoke on drive shaft with multi-purpose lithium based grease

Clean Spark Arrestor Muffler To Keep It In Working Condition. The Spark Arrestor Muffler Must Be Serviced By Dumping The Spark Chamber Every 100 Hours Of Operation

If This Machine Is Operated On Flammable Forest, Brush Or Grass Covered Land, It Must Be Equipped With A Spark Arrestor Attached To The Exhaust System And Maintained In Working Order. Failure To Do So Will Be In Violation Of California State Law, Section 4442. Prc

Refer To Local Laws And Regulations For Spark Arrestor Requirements

Check alternator and air conditioner belt tension and adjust as needed every 250 hours. Perform service first time at 50 hours, then as indicated

Lubricate LORS restraint bar spring pivot with multi-purpose lithium based grease every 250 hours

Sign off on the 100 Hours Telehandler Maintenance

Lubricate axle steering pivot points with multi-purpose lithium based grease

Lubricate front axle pivot (if so equipped)with multi-purpose lithium based grease

Lubricate rear axle pivot with multi-purpose lithium based grease

Lubricate boom and cylinder pivot with multi-purpose lithium based grease

Check condition of hydraulic hoses, tubelines and connections. Repair or replace as needed

Sign off on the 50 hours telehandler maintenance

Damaged Signs (Decals), Load Charts, Safety Treads and Mirrors

Trapped Water in Fuel Filter Tank

Tire Condition and Inflation Pressure

Gauges, Horn and Back-up Alarm Function

Loose or Broken Parts, Damaged Cab, Seat Belt and Instrument Operations
