Air Conditioning Evaporator cleaned?

Sign off on the loader maintenance

Check Engine / Hydrostatic Drive Belt for wear or damage

Check condition of Drive Belts (Alternator, air conditioning, water pump)

Check the function of the lift arm bypass control Bobcat Interlock Control System (BICSTM)

Sign off on the loader maintenance

Check level of Engine Oil and add as needed

Check display panel of Engine Air Filters and Air System. Service only when required. Check for leaks damaged components

Clean debris from hydraulic fluid cooler and radiator assembly, fuel cooler, air conditioning condenser (if equipped), and rear grille of Engine Cooling System

Check coolant level COLD and add premixed coolant as needed to Engine Cooling System

Check the display panel of Fuel Filter. Remove the trapped water when required

Lubricate Lift Arms, Lift Links, Cylinders, Bob-Tach, Pivot Pins, Wedges with multipurpose lithium based grease

Check the condition of seat belt. Clean or replace seat belt retractors as needed. Check the seat bar and control interlocks for correct operation. Clean dirt and debris from moving parts

Check Bobcat Interlock Control Systems (BICSTM) for correct function. Lift and Tilt functions MUST NOT operate with seat bar raised

Check Front Horn / Back-up Alarm for proper function

Hydraulic / hydrostatic filter replaced

Hydraulic reservoir fluid replaced

Final Drive Transmission (Chaincase) fluid replaced

Engine valve clearance adjusted

Coolant replaced every 1500 hours or every 24 months

Sign off on the loader maintenance

Check Hydraulic Hoses and Tubelines for damage and leaks

Check Final Drive Transmission (Chaincase) fluid level

Check Parking Brake, Foot Pedals, Hand Controls and Steering Levers, or Joysticks for correct operation

Check Wheel Nuts for loose wheel nuts

Check Engine / Hydrostatic Drive Belt for wear or damage at first 50 hours, then as scheduled

Replace Engine Oil and Filter at first 50 hours, then as scheduled

Check battery cables and connections every 100 hours

Replace Engine Oil and Filter every 100 hours when operating under severe conditions

Sign off on the 50 Hours Loader Maintenance
