Check Engine / Hydrostatic Drive Belt for wear or damage

Check condition of Drive Belts (Alternator, air conditioning, water pump)

Check the function of the lift arm bypass control Bobcat Interlock Control System (BICSTM)

Notes on the condition of the belts and the BICSTM

Sign off on the loader maintenance

Hydraulic Charge Filter replaced

Hydraulic Reservoir Breather Cap replaced

Air Conditioning Evaporator cleaned (if equipped)

Sign off on the loader maintenance

Engine Air Filters and Air System display panel check

Check for leaks or damaged components in Engine Air Filters and Air System

Clean debris from hydraulic fluid cooler and radiator assembly, fuel cooler, air conditioning condenser (if equipped), and rear grille of Engine Cooling System

Engine Cooling System coolant level (COLD)

Fuel Filter display panel check

Remove trapped water from Fuel Filter when required

Lubricate Lift Arms, Lift Links, Cylinders, Bob-Tach, Pivot Pins, Wedges with multipurpose lithium based grease

Check the condition of seat belt

Hydraulic / hydrostatic filter replaced?

Hydraulic reservoir fluid replaced?

Final Drive Transmission (Chaincase) fluid replaced?

Engine valve clearance adjusted?

Coolant replaced every 1500 hours or every 24 months?

Sign off on the loader maintenance

Check Hydraulic Hoses and Tubelines for damage and leaks

Check Final Drive Transmission (Chaincase) fluid level

Check Parking Brake, Foot Pedals, Hand Controls and Steering Levers, or Joysticks for correct operation

Check Wheel Nuts for loose wheel nuts and tighten to correct torque

Check Engine / Hydrostatic Drive Belt for wear or damage at first 50 hours, then as scheduled

Replace Engine Oil and Filter at first 50 hours, then as scheduled

Check battery cables and connections every 100 hours

Replace Engine Oil and Filter every 100 hours when operating under severe conditions

Sign off on the 50 Hours Loader Maintenance
