Tighten wheel nuts to correct torque

Check condition of Accessory Drive Belt (Alternator, air conditioning, water pump). Replace as needed
Check the function of the lift arm bypass control Bobcat Interlock Control System (BICS)
Check Battery cables and connections
Replace Engine oil and filter element every 750 hours or 12 months
1000 Hours/ 1 Yearly Loader Maintenance
Replace the hydraulic main, case drain, and charge filters
Replace the hydraulic fluid and reservoir vent filter
Replace the Final Drive Transmissions (Chaincases) fluid
Clean the heater coil and air conditioning evaporator if equipped. Clean the plenum drain
Replace fuel pre-filter element and fuel tank vent filter in Fuel System
Replace the coolant every 1500 hours or 24 months
Sign off on the loader maintenance
10 Hours Loader Maintenance
Check level of Engine Oil and add as needed
Check Engine Air Intake Ducting for loose connections damaged components
Clean debris from radiator cooling package, air conditioning condenser (if equipped), rear grilles, and engine compartment. Check coolant level COLD and add premixed coolant as needed to Engine Cooling System
Lubricate Lift Arms, Lift Links, Cylinders, Bob-Tach, Pivot Pins, Wedges with multipurpose lithium based grease
Check the condition of seat belt. Clean or replace seat belt retractors as needed.
Check the seat bar and control interlocks for correct operation. Clean dirt and debris from moving parts
Check for correct function of Bobcat Interlock Control System (BICS). Lift and Tilt functions MUST NOT operate with seat bar raised
Check Front Horn, Back-up Alarm, Rear View Camera (if equipped) for proper function
Check Tires for damaged tires and correct air pressure. Inflate to MAXIMUM pressure shown on the sidewall of the tire
100 Hours Loader Maintenance
Check Hydraulic Hoses and Tubelines for damage and leaks
Describe the condition of Hydraulic Hoses and Tubelines
Check Final Drive Transmissions (Chaincases) fluid levels
Describe the condition of Final Drive Transmissions (Chaincases) fluid levels
Check Parking Brake, Foot Pedals, Hand Controls and Steering Levers, or Joysticks for correct operation
Describe the condition of Parking Brake, Foot Pedals, Hand Controls and Steering Levers, or Joysticks
Check Wheel Nuts for loose wheel nuts
Describe the condition of Wheel Nuts
