Replace Travel Motors (Final Drive) Fluid First time only

Replace Hydraulic filter and case drain filter. First time only

Check Alternator and Starter Electrical connections condition / proper operation. Adjust or replace as needed

Sign off on the 50 Hours Excavator Maintenance

Refill Travel Motors (Final Drive) Fluid as needed

Check Battery Cables and electrical connections condition / proper operation

Sign off on the excavator maintenance

Check Tension. Adjust as needed

Check the display of Fuel Filter. Service only when required

Clean Operator Cab and HVAC Filters

Check and Clean Safety Signs (decals)

Check condition / proper operation of Seat belt, mounting hardware, and seat belt retractors. Clean, Adjust or replace as needed

Check condition / proper operation of Control Console Lockout. Adjust or replace as needed

Check condition / proper operation of X-Change / Attachment Coupler (if equipped). Adjust or replace as needed

Check condition / proper operation of Motion Alarm and Horn. Adjust or replace as needed

Check condition / proper operation of Operator Canopy / cab, mounting hardware.. Adjust or replace as needed

Travel Motors (Final Drive) Fluid replaced

Sign off on the excavator maintenance

Check condition / proper operation of Engine Air Filters and Air System

Adjustments made to Engine Air Filters and Air System

Check the display. Service only when required

Upload a photo of the display after service

Replace Hydraulic filter and case drain filter

Check Alternator and Starter Electrical connections. condition / proper operation

Adjustments made to Alternator and Starter Electrical connections

Replace Hydraulic Reservoir Breather cap

Clean Radiator, fuel cooler, hydraulic fluid cooler, air conditioning condenser (if equipped)
