Engine Oil and Filter replaced?

Debris cleaned from radiator, fuel cooler, hydraulic fluid cooler, air conditioning condenser (if equipped)?

Hydraulic filter, pilot filter and the reservoir breather cap replaced?

Condition of Drive Belts (Alternator) (Air Conditioning - If Equipped) checked and replaced as needed?

Alternator and Starter Maintenance

Grease swing cylinder base end grease fitting

Replace hydraulic fluid and filters

Adjust the engine valve clearance

Replace fluid of travel Motors (Final Drive). Service at first 50 hours, then as scheduled

Replace the coolant Every 24 Months

Sign off on the excavator maintenance

Grease swing bearing and swing pinion

Service every 10 hours when operating in water

Check cables, connections, and electrolyte level of Battery

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank and fuel filter

Empty spark arrestor chamber Every 100 Hours

Sign off on the 50 Hours Excavator Maintenance

Check level of Engine Oil and add as needed

Check condition indicator of Engine Air Filters and Air System. Service only when required. Check for leaks damaged components

Check coolant level COLD and add premixed coolant as needed to Engine Cooling System

Check the condition of seat belt and mounting hardware. Clean or replace seat belt retractors as needed. Check the control console lockout lever for proper operation. Clean dirt and debris from moving parts

Check for proper function of Motion Alarm

Check the Operator the canopy / cab condition and mounting hardware

Clean Operator Cab HVAC Filters

Check for correct operation of all indicators and lights

Check for damaged safety signs (decals). Replace any signs that are damaged
