Replace oil and filter of engine

Check condition alternator drive belts. Replace as needed

Replace the hydraulic filter and the case drain filter

Check alternator and starter connections

Replace fluid of Travel Motors (Final Drive) at first 250 hours

Fluid of travel Motors (Final Drive) replaced?

Hydraulic fluid and filters replaced?

Engine valve clearance adjusted?

Coolant replaced every 24 months?

Sign off on the excavator maintenance

Check condition indicator of Engine Air Filters and Air System

Check for leaks damaged components

Check the condition of seat belt and mounting hardware

Check for proper function (if equipped) of Motion Alarm and Horn

Check the control console lockout lever for proper operation

Check the canopy / cab condition and mounting hardware

Clean Operator Cab and Heater Filters

Check condition indicator of Engine Air Filters and Air System. Service only when required. Check for leaks damaged components

Clean debris from radiator, fuel cooler and hydraulic fluid cooler of engine cooling system

Check condition of Drive Belts (Alternator). Replace as needed

Replace the hydraulic filters, Case Drain Filter, and Hydraulic Reservoir Breather Cap

Check connections of Alternator and Starter

Sign off on the excavator maintenance

Empty Spark Chamber every 100 hours

Check cables and connections of battery

Change fuel filter and pre-filter

Check fluid level of final drive travel motors and add as needed

Sign off on the excavator maintenance
