Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage

Close the outlet valve and open the valve underneath the air cooler condensate trap

Oil the gaskets of the new filters, fill the filters with water and fit them

On OSD90, unscrew the pre-filter housing, fit a new pre- filter and fit the housing using a new O-ring

Inspect the strainer/restrictors at the inlet of the separator vessels, clean and reinstall them

Close the valve underneath the condensate trap

Sign off on the oil separater element change

Warning: Stop the compressor before greasing

Enter the current operating hours of the motor

Bearings replaced after 24000 Operating Hours?

Sign off on the motor bearing greasing

Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and voltage is switched off before starting the procedure

Sign off on the air filter change

Operate the safety valve by unscrewing the cap one or two turns and retightening it

Remove, dismantle and clean float valve of condensate trap(s)

Sign off on the 3 Monthly Stationary Air Compressor Maintenance

Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage

Depressurize by unscrewing plug only one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape

Loosen vent plugs on top of the coolers (GR)

Drain the oil by removing the drain plugs

Tighten the plugs after draining

Fill the air receiver with oil until the level reaches the filler opening
