8000 Hourly / 2 Yearly Oil Separater Element Change

Valve underneath the air cooler condensate trap opened?

Oil the gaskets of the new filters, fill the filters with water and fit them.

New filters oiled, filled with water and fitted?

On OSD90, unscrew the pre-filter housing, fit a new pre- filter and fit the housing using a new O-ring.

Pre-filter housing unscrewed, new pre-filter fitted and housing fitted using a new O-ring?

Inspect the strainer/restrictors at the inlet of the separator vessels, clean and reinstall them.

500 Hourly / 3 Monthly Cooler Cleaning

Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and voltage is switched off before starting the procedure.

Unscrew bolts and rotate the fans away from the cooler block.

Check mark

Blow air from the compressor elements compartment through the coolers towards the drive motor compartment.

Check mark

Remove any dirt.

Check mark

Reposition and fix the fans.

Check mark

Ensure that the fans rotate freely.

Check mark

NOTE! If it should be necessary to wash the coolers with a cleansing agent, consult Atlas Copco.

Remove air filters and inspect.

If an OSD separator is provided: check the oil level in the oil collector every 200 Hours / 1 Months.
