Check electrical system cables for wear

Check torque on critical bolt connections

NOTE! Replace all rubber flexibles every 6 years

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Service Pak Maintenance

Check function of coolant heater (option)

Check/Test glow plugs - grid heater

Inspection by Atlas Copco service technician

Check for leaks in engine system

Check for leaks in compressor system

Check electrolyte level of battery

Air filter vacuator valves emptied

Engine oil level checked and topped up if necessary

NOTE! Change coolant every 2 years, coolant volume is 4L

Fuel level checked and filled if necessary

Air intake vacuum indicators checked
