4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Drain Replacement
Make sure that the compressor is off and in local control
In the CAN Troubleshooting menu, press Make Inoperative and confirm
Choose Remove Device and select the drain you want to replace in the drop-down menu
Reboot the controller
Check if the drain has been removed correctly in the IO modules menu
Navigate to Install Device and select the removed drain from the list
Confirm the installation and restart the controller from the CAN Troubleshooting menu
Verify drain communication in the CAN Troubleshooting > IO modules menu
Restart the controller from the CAN Troubleshooting menu
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Oil, Oil Filter and Oil Separator Replacement
WARNING! The operator must apply all relevant safety precautions
Always drain the compressor oil at all drain points
Used oil left in the compressor can contaminate the oil system and can shorten the lifetime of the new oil
Never mix lubricants of different brands or types as they may not be compatible and the oil mix will have inferior properties
A label, indicating the type of oil filled ex factory, is stuck on the air receiver/oil tank
WARNING! Only genuine Atlas Copco oils to be used
Run the compressor until warm and stop the compressor
Close the air outlet valve
Open the manual drain valve slowly
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Air Filter Replacement
Compressor stopped and voltage switched off
Cover of the air filter (AF) removed by opening the clip system
Filter element removed
New element and cover fitted
Sign off on the air filter replacement
1 Monthly Relative Humidity Sensor Cleaning
Front service panel removed with the key delivered with the compressor
RH sensor disconnected and removed from the panel by loosening the bolt
Cleaning solution used for RH sensor
RH sensor cleaned and let to dry
RH sensor refitted and reconnected
Service panel refitted
Sign off on the sensor cleaning

Remove the air filter element and inspect
Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements
Check the filter elements of the electric cabinet
Replace filter elements of the electric cabinet if necessary
