Overhaul non return valve of the scavenge line
Overhaul the minimum pressure valve
Overhaul the ER thermostatic valve
Overhaul the condensate drain(s)

3 Monthly NEOS Next Heat Sink Cleaning
Disassemble the fans at the bottom of the NEOS Next heat sink
Fans disassembled successfully
Remove dirt from the fans with a fiber brush
Dirt removed from fans successfully
Is vacuuming or blowing through the heat sink required?
Remove dirt from the heat sink at the bottom with a fiber brush
Dirt removed from heat sink successfully
Reinstall the fans
Fans reinstalled successfully
1 Monthly Condenser Cleaning
WARNING! Do not use water or solvents to clean the condenser
Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage
Remove any dirt on the condenser inlet with a vacuum cleaner
Clean with an air jet in the reverse direction to normal flow
Use low pressure air
Keep the compressed air nozzle more than 30 cm away from the condenser to avoid damaging the of condenser fins
Remove dust from inside the dryer, e.g. with a vacuum cleaner
Sign off on the condenser cleaning
1 Monthly Relative Humidity Sensor Cleaning
Front service panel removed with the key delivered with the compressor
RH sensor disconnected and removed from the panel by loosening the bolt
Cleaning solution used for RH sensor
RH sensor cleaned and let to dry
RH sensor refitted and reconnected
Service panel refitted
Sign off on the sensor cleaning
Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Safety Valve Testing
Danger: No adjustments are allowed. Never run the compressor without safety valve
Warning: The safety valve (SV) test can only be performed by authorized personnel and is protected by a security code
Safety valve opens at the set pressure stamped on the valve
