1 Monthly Condenser Cleaning
WARNING! Do not use water or solvents to clean the condenser
Compressor stopped, air outlet valve closed and voltage switched off
Dirt on the condenser inlet removed with a vacuum cleaner
Cleaned with an air jet in the reverse direction to normal flow
Low pressure air used for cleaning
Compressed air nozzle kept more than 30 cm away from the condenser
Condenser fins undamaged
Dust from inside the dryer removed
Sign off on the condenser cleaning
1 Daily Oil-Injected Screw Compressor Check
Check oil level
If needed, top up the oil
Check readings on display
Check that condensate is discharged by the dryer drain by waiting for some time during operation
You can use the test button on top of the electronic water drain to check the drain function
Sign off on the daily check
Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Safety Valve Testing
Danger: No adjustments are allowed. Never run the compressor without safety valve
Warning: The safety valve (SV) test can only be performed by authorized personnel and is protected by a security code
Enter the set pressure stamped on the valve
Did the safety valve open at the set pressure?
If the safety valve does not open at the set pressure, it needs to be replaced

4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Drain Replacement
Make sure that the compressor is off and in local control
In the CAN Troubleshooting menu, press Make Inoperative and confirm
In the inoperative state, new menu options to install or remove devices are available
Choose Remove Device and select the drain you want to replace in the drop-down menu
The data has been cleared from the configuration
Controller has been rebooted
Drain has been removed correctly, as verified in the IO modules menu
The word 'Removed' is displayed
