RH sensor removed from the panel

RH sensor refitted and reconnected

Sign off on the sensor cleaning

Danger: No adjustments are allowed. Never run the compressor without safety valve

Warning: The safety valve (SV) test can only be performed by authorized personnel and is protected by a security code

Enter the set pressure stamped on the valve

Did the safety valve open at the set pressure?

Does the safety valve need to be replaced?

Remove the air filter element and inspect

Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements

Check the filter elements of the electric cabinet

Replace filter elements of the electric cabinet if necessary

Sign off on the compressor maintenance

All parts underneath the cooler covered?

Service plate at the fan compartment removed?

Dirt removed from the coolers with a fiber brush?

Dirt removed from the fan with a fiber brush?

Disassemble the fans at the bottom of the NEOS Next heat sink

Remove dirt from the fans with a fiber brush

If required, vacuum or blow trough the heat sink with clean, dry air

Was vacuuming or blowing required?

Remove dirt from the heat sink at the bottom with a fiber brush
