Replace the filter element of the electric cabinet

Open the manual drain valve (Dm) to clean the filter of the automatic drain

Test the temperature shut-down function

Check coolers. Clean if necessary.

Remove the air filter element and inspect. If necessary, clean using an air jet.

Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements.

Check the filter element of the electric cabinet.

Replace the filter element of the electric cabinet if necessary.

Check air filter service indicator.

Check that condensate is discharged during operation.

On water-cooled units: check for cooling water flow.

Check that condensate is discharged when pressing the test button on top of the electronic water drain.

On compressors with integrated dryer:

Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage.

Remove any dirt from the condenser inlet with a vacuum cleaner.

Clean with an air jet in the reverse direction of the normal flow. Use low pressure air. Keep the compressed air nozzle more than 30 cm away from the condenser to avoid damaging the of condenser fins.

Remove dust from inside the dryer, e.g. with a vacuum cleaner.

Do not use water or solvents to clean the condenser.

Sign off on the monthly maintenance

If Atlas Copco Roto-Xtend Duty Fluid is used, proceed with the following steps.

Upload a photo of the oil and oil filter before change

Upload a photo of the oil and oil filter after change

Have the oil separator element replaced

Upload a photo of the oil separator element after replacement

Visual inspection of the oil separator vessel for damage and corrosion

Enter the wall thickness of the oil separator vessel
