1000 Hourly Belt Tensioning Check

Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and the voltage is switched off before starting the procedure

Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed

For Full-Feature versions: Dryer stopped

Front panel of the compressor housing removed

Side, back and top panels of the compressor housing removed

4 bolts loosened by one turn

Belt tension adjusted by turning tensioning nut

Enter the deflection of the belt in mm when a force of 50 N is applied at the midpoint

Bolts retightened

4000 Hourly Air Filter Replacement

WARNING: Ensure the compressor is stopped, the air outlet valve is closed and the voltage is switched off before starting.

Compressor stopped and voltage switched off?

Front panel removed?

Top panel of the compressor housing removed?

Filter cover (AF) unscrewed and filter element removed?

Old air filter element discarded?

New element fitted and filter cover screwed on?

4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Roto-Inject Fluid Ndurance Oil Change

Atlas Copco's Roto-Inject Fluid Ndurance is a premium mineral oil based 4000 hours lubricant, specially developed for use in single stage oil-injected screw compressors running in mild conditions

Its specific formulation keeps the compressor in excellent condition

Roto-Inject Fluid Ndurance can be used for compressors operating at ambient temperatures between 0 ̊C (32 ̊F) and 40 ̊C (104 ̊F). If the compressor is regularly operating in ambient temperatures between 40 °C and 46 °C (115 °F), it is recommended to use Roto Synthetic Fluid ULTRA or Roto Synthetic Fluid XTEND DUTY

Ambient temperature - up to 30°C (86°F) -- Element outlet temperature - up to 95°C (203°F): Exchange interval is 4000 Hours / 1 Year

Ambient temperature - from 30°C (86°F) up to 35°C (95°F) -- Element outlet temperature - from 95°C (203°F) up to 100°C (212°F): Exchange interval is 3000 Hours / 1 Year

Ambient temperature - from 35°C (95°F) up to 40°C (104°F) -- Element outlet temperature - from 100°C (212°F) up to 105°C (221°F): Exchange interval is 2000 Hours / 1 Year;
