4000 Hourly Oil, Oil Filter and Oil Separator Change
Run the compressor until warm
Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage
Remove the front and top panels
Depressurize the compressor by unscrewing filler plug one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape
Remove the plug after the system is depressurized
Depressurize the air receiver by opening drain valve
Drain the oil by opening drain valve
Close the valve after draining
Deliver the drained oil to the local oil collection service

Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and the voltage is switched off before starting the procedure
Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed
Voltage switched off
Dryer stopped (for Full-Feature versions)
Front panel of the compressor housing removed
Side, back and top panels of the compressor housing removed
4 bolts loosened by one turn
Belt tension adjusted by turning tensioning nut
Enter the deflection of the belt in mm when a force of 50 N is applied at the midpoint

Check the oil level
Drain the condensate from the air receiver after stopping
Apply manual drain valve for drain condensation
Drain condensate from the oil separator vessel every 50 Hours / 1 Week
Check the belt tension after 50 running hours
1000 Hourly Cooler Cleaning
Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and the voltage is switched off before starting the cleaning process.
Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed?

Dirt removed from the cooler with a fibre brush?
Cleaned using an air jet?
