4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Roto-Inject Fluid Ndurance Oil Change
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Enter the ambient temperature
Enter the element outlet temperature
Select the type of fluid used
Was the fluid changed successfully?
Sign off on the oil change
8000 Hourly Belt Replacement
Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage
For Full-Feature versions: also stop the dryer
Remove the front panel of the compressor housing
Remove the side, back and top panels of the compressor housing
Loosen the 4 bolts by one turn
Release the belt tension by loosening tensioning nut
Remove the fan cowl
Remove the belt via the fan cowl opening. Install the new belt via the same opening
Tension belt (3) as described above
1 Daily Oil Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Service
Check the oil level
Drain the condensate from the air receiver after stopping
Apply manual drain valve for drain condensation
Drain condensate from the oil separator vessel every 50 Hours / 1 Week
Check the belt tension after 50 running hours
4000 Hourly Oil, Oil Filter and Oil Separator Change
Run the compressor until warm
Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage
Remove the front and top panels
Depressurize the compressor by unscrewing filler plug one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape
Remove the plug after the system is depressurized
Depressurize the air receiver by opening drain valve
Drain the oil by opening drain valve
Close the valve after draining
Deliver the drained oil to the local oil collection service
