4000 Hourly Air Filter Replacement
WARNING: Ensure the compressor is stopped, the air outlet valve is closed, and the voltage is switched off before starting.
Compressor stopped and voltage switched off?
Air outlet valve closed?
Front panel removed?
Top panel of the compressor housing removed?
Filter cover (AF) unscrewed and filter element removed?
Old air filter element discarded?
New element fitted and filter cover screwed on?
Top and front panels refitted?
8000 Hourly Belt Replacement
Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped, the air outlet valve is closed and the voltage is switched off.
For Full-Feature versions: also stop the dryer.
Remove the front panel of the compressor housing.
Remove the side, back and top panels of the compressor housing.
Loosen the 4 bolts by one turn.
Release the belt tension by loosening tensioning nut.
Remove the fan cowl.
Remove the belt via the fan cowl opening. Install the new belt via the same opening.
Tension belt as described above.
1000 Hourly Belt Tensioning Check
Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and the voltage is switched off before starting the procedure
Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed
For Full-Feature versions: Dryer stopped
Front panel of the compressor housing removed
Side, back and top panels of the compressor housing removed
4 bolts loosened by one turn
Belt tension adjusted by turning tensioning nut
Enter the deflection of the belt in mm when a force of 50 N is applied at the midpoint
Bolts retightened
1 Daily Oil Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Service
Check the oil level
Drain the condensate from the air receiver after stopping
Apply manual drain valve for drain condensation
Drain condensate from the oil separator vessel every 50 Hours / 1 Week
Check the belt tension after 50 running hours
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Roto-Inject Fluid Ndurance Oil Change
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Enter the ambient temperature
Enter the element outlet temperature
Select the type of fluid used
Was the fluid changed successfully?
Sign off on the oil change
