4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Oil Filter Change

Run the compressor until warm

Check mark

Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage

Check mark

Depressurise the compressor by unscrewing filler plug one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape

Check mark

Remove the plug after the system is depressurised

Check mark

Depressurise the air receiver by opening drain valve

Check mark

Remove plug, drain the oil by opening drain valve

Check mark

Close the valve and refit the plug after draining

Check mark

Deliver the drained oil to the local oil collection service

Remove oil filter and separator

Warning: A whistling noise will warn you if the bowl is not fully depressurised. If this occurs, the bowl should be screwed back and the venting should be repeated.
