If the unit is not running at 10 bar (145 psi), report the issues to the maintenance team and stop the procedure

Is the unit running at 7 bar (100 psi)?

If the unit is not running at 7 bar (100 psi), report the issues to the maintenance team and stop the procedure

Compressor element replacement done?

Sign off on the compressor maintenance

Warning: Always ensure the compressor is turned off and fully depressurized before starting any maintenance work.

Presence of internal corrosion?

Enter the thickness of the shell in mm

Enter the thickness of the head in mm

Is the thickness of the shell and head above the minimum requirement?

If corrosion is present and thickness is below the minimum requirement, report to the maintenance team immediately.

Condensate drained from the receiver?

Sign off on the compressor inspection
