Disengage process operations according to section 3.4

Verify all system pressure is relieved and pressure gauges read '0'

Disengage main power supply and verify the Power light is 'off'

Remove the thermoformed front panel by unscrewing 4 small screws

Open the hinged electrical cabinet panel cover by removing four small screws

Remove the large molex connector

Disengage operations and ensure all system pressure is relieved

Ensure the unit's pressure gauges read "0"

Verify the Power light on the display is "off"

Remove the lift-off access panel and set aside

Drain machine by removing the pump casing drain plug

Reduce process water temperature to below 85 degrees F.

Disengage process operations and verify all system pressure is relieved and the pressure gauges read "0".

Disengage main power supply and verify the Power light on the display is "off".

Remove the lift-off access panel to access the cooling cylinder.

Disconnect the AVT valve cable, the hall effect sensor cable, the pressure gauge and pressure switch lines.

Remove the 4 mounting bolts that hold the cooling cylinder to the pump volute.

Consult with the Advantage Service Department to determine if your unit can be converted. Have your Serial Number ready and call 317-887-0729.

Remove the thermoformed panel attached by 4 small screws

Drain machine by removing the pump casing drain plug

Remove the three motor wire leads from the motor wiring terminals and map the wire terminal locations
