Ensure only authorized or trained personnel perform the operation

De-energize the EVSE for maintenance activities as per section 9.3

Inspect the external parts of the EVSE for any visible damage or wear

Use appropriate cleaning methods

NOTE: The routine maintenance schedule may vary depending on the environmental conditions and number of charging sessions of the EVSE.

NOTE: In addition to routine maintenance, a scheduled component replacement shall be performed to guarantee the continuity of operation of the EVSE. Contact ABB E-mobility for more information on available Service Level Agreements.

HAZARDOUS VOLTAGE: Operation on the inside of the EVSE shall be performed only by authorized or trained personnel. To de-energize the EVSE for maintenance activities refer to section “9.3. Total de-energization of the EVSE”

Check the functionality of the following components

Describe any issues found during the checks

Ensure that only authorized or trained personnel are performing the maintenance.

Verify that the EVSE is de-energized according to section '9.3. Total de-energization of the EVSE'.

Clean or replace the internal parts of the EVSE

Confirm that all replaced or cleaned parts are properly reinstalled.

Verify that the EVSE is re-energized and operational.

Visual Inspection on External Parts

Inspect the external parts of the EVSE for any damage or issues

Are there any obstacles (animals, insects, leaves, etc.) reducing the heat exchanging capacity of the EVSE?

Ensure only authorized or trained personnel perform operations inside the EVSE

Refer to section '9.3. Total de-energization of the EVSE' to de-energize the EVSE for maintenance activities

Routine Maintenance and Component Replacement

Schedule component replacement to guarantee continuity of operation
