Final check list
Open the circuit-breaker (Circuit-breaker OFF)
Switch the circuit-breaker in withdrawable version to the connected position and reposition the crank in its seat (Circuit-breaker connected)
Adjust the protection trip unit in accordance with the design specifications of the installation (Trip unit Parameters)
Remove the Ekip TT unit if present (Removal of the Ekip TT)
Connect the auxiliary voltage (Connecting the voltage)
Close the switchgear door (Closing the switchgear)
Charge the closing springs (Charging the springs)
Ensure the undervoltage coil is energized (Undervoltage coil)
3 Yearly Interlock Cable Replacement

Preliminary Operations
Set the circuit-breaker to the open position and discharge the springs of the operating mechanism
Ensure the following before maintenance
Inspections and General Cleaning
Ensure the circuit-breaker is clean
Remove dust and oily substances with a clean, dry cloth and mild detergent if necessary
Use thinner from the greasing kit for thick dirt build-up
3 Yearly Jaw Type Isolating Contact Lubrication
Preliminary Operations
Set the circuit-breaker to the open position and ensure the springs of the operating mechanism are discharged
Work with the circuit-breaker removed from the fixed part
Disconnect the power circuit and auxiliary circuits and visibly earth the terminals on both the supply side and load side
Clean and Lubricate Jaw-Type Isolating Contacts
Disassemble safety shutters (only IEC) before cleaning and lubricating
Clean the jaw-type isolating contacts using a laminate thinner such as Chemma 18 if there is a heavy coating of dirt
Lubricate the jaw-type isolating contacts with Mobilgrease 28 at the indicated points
