NOTE: The routine maintenance schedule may vary depending on the environmental conditions and number of charging sessions of the EVSE.

NOTE: In addition to routine maintenance, a scheduled component replacement shall be performed to guarantee the continuity of operation of the EVSE. Contact ABB E-mobility for more information on available Service Level Agreements.

HAZARDOUS VOLTAGE: Operation on the inside of the EVSE shall be performed only by authorized or trained personnel. To de-energize the EVSE for maintenance activities refer to section “9.3. Total de-energization of the EVSE”

Check the functionality of the following components

Was the functionality of all components verified successfully?

Describe any issues found during the check

Record any environmental conditions affecting the maintenance schedule

Record number of charging sessions since last inspection

Visual Inspection of External Parts

Inspect external parts of the EVSE

Is there any superficial rust on welding points?

Are there any obstacles reducing heat exchange capacity?

Is the operation being performed by authorized or trained personnel?

Ensure only authorized or trained personnel perform maintenance

De-energize the EVSE before maintenance activities

Inspect external parts of the EVSE for any visible damage or wear

Use appropriate cleaning methods

Clean the external parts of the EVSE

Routine Maintenance and Component Replacement

Ensure only authorized or trained personnel perform the maintenance

De-energize the EVSE following section 9.3 guidelines

Clean or replace the internal parts of the EVSE

Have you completed the dedicated course by ABB E-mobility?

Is the activity included in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
