3 Yearly Timing Belts Inspect
Warning: Turn off all electric power supply, hydraulic pressure supply, air pressure supply to the robot, before entering the robot working area.

If any damage or wear is detected, the part must be replaced!
Each belt checked for tension

Robot Cabling Inspection
Warning: Ensure all power supplies are turned off before entering the robot working area

Hydraulic pressure supply to the robot turned off

Control cabling between the robot and control cabinet visually inspected
Control cabling shows signs of abrasions, cuts or crush damages
Was the cabling replaced due to wear or damage?
1 Yearly Labels Inspection
Warning: Turn off all electric power supply, hydraulic pressure supply, air pressure supply to the robot, before entering the robot working area.
All power supplies turned off?
Labels inspected?

Mechanical Stops Inspection
Warning: Turn off all power supplies before entering the robot working area
Confirm all power supplies are turned off

Replace if the mechanical stop is
Note: The expected life of gearboxes can be reduced as a result of collisions with the mechanical stop.
Sign off on the mechanical stops inspection
1 Yearly Signal Lamp Inspection
1. Inspect that signal lamp is lit when motors are put in operation ("MOTORS ON").
2. Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.
3. If the lamp is not lit, trace the fault by:
• inspecting whether the signal lamp is broken. If so, replace it.
• inspecting cable connections.
