3 Yearly Main Cooling Fan Replacement
Drive stopped and disconnected from power line
Voltage measured and confirmed to be zero
Two mounting screws of the fan mounting plate undone
Mounting plate turned downwards
Fan power supply wires unplugged from the drive
Fan mounting plate removed
Fans removed by undoing the two mounting screws
New fans installed in reverse order
Sign off on the cooling fan replacement
9 Yearly Battery Replacement
Warning: Only trained personnel should perform this procedure.
Control panel removed from the drive
Battery cover removed using a coin
Type of new battery used
Old battery disposed according to local disposal rules or applicable laws
Sign off on the battery replacement
1 Yearly Drive Maintenance
Quality of supply voltage check
Inspection of spare part stock
Inspection of reforming of DC circuit capacitors
Check for tightness of cable and busbar terminals
If needed, tighten the cable and busbar terminals
Check for ambient conditions (dustiness, moisture, temperature)
Cleaning the control panel
Use a soft damp cloth to clean the control panel. Avoid harsh cleaners which could scratch the display window.

Warning: Use a vacuum cleaner with antistatic hose and nozzle. Using a normal vacuum cleaner creates static discharges which can damage circuit boards.

Cooling fan(s) removed?
Clean, dry and oil free compressed air blown from bottom to top?
Simultaneously used a vacuum cleaner at the air outlet to trap the dust?
Cooling fan(s) reinstalled?
Sign off on the Hersink maintenance
