Drive stopped and electrical safety precautions followed

Cleaned heatsink with dry, clean and oil-free compressed air from bottom to top

Used a vacuum cleaner at the air outlet to trap the dust

Sign off on the heatsink cleaning

Check all components that have been renewed

Enter the age of the oldest component in the circuit

Safety function circuit passed the post-replacement test?

Sign off on the safety components replacement

Quality of supply voltage check

DC circuit capacitors reforming for spare modules and spare capacitors check

Tightness of terminals inspection

Sign off on the 1 Year Drive Maintenance

Warning: Capacitor maintenance requires trained personnel with PPE!

Check if the capacitors are damaged

If capacitors are damaged, contact ABB immediately

Enter the surrounding air temperature

If the drive has not been powered for a year or more, the capacitors must be reformed

Enter the manufacturing date of the capacitors

Sign off on the capacitors maintenance

Fan cover opened using a suitable flat screwdriver

Fan cover carefully lifted out of the drive

Fan power cable removed from the cable slot in the drive

Fan clips freed and fan removed from the fan cover

New fan installed into the fan cover with correct air flow direction
