Fastening screw of the fan enclosure undone
Power supply cable of the fan unplugged
New fan installed in reverse order
Counter reset in group 5 in the primary control program
Sign off on the fan replacement
ZCU-12 Memory Unit Replacement
Warning: Do not remove or insert the memory unit when the control unit is powered.
Drive stopped and electrical safety precautions followed
Upload a photo of the memory unit before removal
Clip at the side of the memory pulled up
Memory unit removed
Upload a photo of the memory unit after removal
Memory unit installed in reverse order
Upload a photo of the memory unit after installation
Sign off on the memory unit replacement
1 Yearly Heatsink Cleaning
WARNING! Use the required personal protective equipment. Wear protective gloves and long sleeves. Some parts have sharp edges.
WARNING! Use a vacuum cleaner with antistatic hose and nozzle, and wear a grounding wristband. Using a normal vacuum cleaner creates static discharges which can damage circuit boards.

Cleaned heatsink with dry, clean and oil-free compressed air from bottom to top and simultaneously used a vacuum cleaner at the air outlet to trap the dust

Cooling fan reinstalled
Sign off on the heatsink cleaning
