Check if the mission time of functional safety components is expired

If the mission time is expired, proceed with the following options

Note: The remaining mission time of the whole circuit is determined by its oldest component.

Upload a photo of the renewed components

Sign off on the safety component replacement

Check the dustiness of the air inlet meshes

If the dust cannot be removed by vacuum cleaning from outside through the grating holes with a small nozzle, proceed as follows:

Stop the drive and do the steps in section Electrical safety precautions before you start the work

Remove the fasteners at the top of the grating

Lift the grating and pull it away from the door

Place the new filter mat in the grating the metal wire side facing the door

Reinstall the grating in reverse order

Sign off on the filter replacement

Drive stopped and electrical safety precautions followed

Front and back gratings slid upwards and removed

Mounting screws of the upper cover removed and cover lifted off

Fan power supply wires disconnected

Mounting screws of the fan removed

Mounting screws of the fan cover removed

New fan installed in reverse order

WARNING! Use a vacuum cleaner with antistatic hose and nozzle, and wear a grounding wristband. Using a normal vacuum cleaner creates static discharges which can damage circuit boards.

Drive stopped and electrical safety precautions followed

Interior of the cabinet cleaned using a vacuum cleaner and a soft brush

Air inlets of the fans and air outlets of the modules (top) cleaned

Air inlet gratings (if any) on the door cleaned

Sign off on the cleaning procedure

Battery ejector moved into the battery slot on the battery

Old battery carefully pulled out of the battery holder

New CR2032 battery carefully put into the battery holder

Sign off on the battery replacement
